Job Title: Manager - International Sales Support


Reporting to : Senior Management of the company

Basic salary : Negotiable as per candidate's ability to negotiate.

Incentives : based on the given sales targets.

Bonus : based on achievement of the given sales target.

Hours : Full Time (9.30 AM to 7.30 PM)

Location : At the company's manufacturing location in Bareja, Kheda.

About the job :

- We are looking for a International Sales Support Manager who is responsible for providing support to the sales team and helping them to achieve their targets. The role requires a combination of administrative, organizational, and communication skills to manage and streamline the sales process.

Key responsibilities & duties :

1. Assisting the sales team with day-to-day activities, including generating leads, creating sales reports, and managing customer accounts.

2. Liaising with customers, providing them with product information, and resolving their queries.

3. Coordinating and scheduling sales appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities.

4. Maintaining accurate sales records, updating the CRM system, and producing sales reports.

5. Supporting the sales team with marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other promotional activities.

6. Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.

7. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that sales activities align with the overall business strategy.

8. Organizing and attending events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.

Qualifications :

- Time management and organizational skills

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Experience with marketing campaigns and social media management.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
