Manager - International Sales & Marketing - Pharma (7-15 yrs)
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- To be responsible for marketing, sales, and distribution in the international markets.
- To act as a first point of contact of the company in the foreign market.
- To generate business by maintaining good relations with current distributors & appointing new distributors for increasing business & sales.
- To develop new markets.
- Support existing distributors in commercialization, marketing, promotion, registrations.
- Responsible to get information regarding regulation of International market
- Exp. in international sales/marketing in pharma industry is must.
- Processing leads and converting Leads into Potential Customer.
- Servicing Existing Clients and developing new clientele in the targeted market.
- Exploring possibility of new orders from the existing clients.
- Replying for the fresh enquiries of existing clients and further processing.
- Meeting Regulatory requirement of existing as well as potential clients in coordination with regulatory and Packaging Development Department.
- Sending samples for registration to customers in co-ordination with plants and regulatory departments and verification of the same.
- Verifying orders for its conformity with the Original Order.
- Making Quotations and verifying it for its correctness.
- Co-Ordinating with production planning and export department for timely manufacturing and delivery of products for his clients.
- Purchase and ensure delivery of promotional materials and free Bies
- Completing International tender formalities in co-ordination with Regulatory (FDA) and ensure its timely submission.
- Managing clients visit at corporate office and at plant and ensure timely intimation to plant for visit preparedness.
- Ensure delightful service to all his clients.
- Preparation of Brochures, company literature, product literatures as per international market
- Preparation of all formalities related to domestic and international exhibitions.
- Suggesting new marketing strategies to management the & implementing the same.
Competence Requirements :
- 7+ years experience in export sales, marketing, or management
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Advanced degree in business, international trade, or related field
- Proven experience in export business, preferably in the same industry
- Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent knowledge of market data and dynamics
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel abroad to meet with clients and develop business relationships
