Manager - International Sales - Global Engineering & Fabrication Firm (10-15 yrs)
Job Title : Manager - International Sales (Africa / Egypt)
Function : International Sales
Reports to : VP
Key Responsibilities :
Job Objective :
This role is primarily responsible to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Principal Accountability :
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Education : Graduate and MBA or BE Mechanical and MBA
Experience : 10 to 12 years
Knowledge and skill set :
1. Good communication skills to interact customers
2. Commercially savvy to handle making of costing and business proposals
3. Willing to travel globally on a regular basis
