Job Description :

JD for - ERP SALES.

Any of the below is Mandatory Region- Person should have direct ERP Selling experience in any of below region.

Onsite experience to any below location is a must

- Africa

- Europe

- Russia

Experience Required

Ideal candidate should have held a - International Sales Role.

- Excellent Communication

- Demonstrated effective leadership in selling (10+ years) of ERP

- Self-Starter with demonstrated strategic and leadership skills.

- Track record of driving strong business results.

- Experience leading integrated teams and strategic planning required.

- Demonstrable understanding of how to interpret customer business needs.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present both business and technical information to a wide audience including customers, executives, peers, and staff.

- Deep knowledge of business functions such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, HR, Finance, Operations etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, client executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

- Understanding of geographic business models for ERP Software and ability to strategies business plan with principals and partners.

Skills Required

- ERP Software Sales Must (at least 8+ years)

- Leadership of 10+ years.

Product Cost/ Avg Deal Size Should be Rs. 25 lakhs or above: Preferred

Sales Target - Should be more than 15-20 Crores: Preferred

Minimum Qualification Required - (Fulltime) Graduation

CTC - 13 LPA + Incentives

Working Days : 5 Days a Week ( to )
