Sales Lead Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for all functional development for B2C Sales. Develop a results-driven approach and execute a comprehensive all-up marketing strategy.

2. Train, monitor, motivate team according to the market need for better performance.

3. Oversee day-to-day operations, delegate tasks and set deadlines.

4. Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales. 4+ years

- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.

- Strong relationship-building skills, and a drive for Quality Assurance.

- Strong interpersonal effectiveness and teamwork skills.

- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.

- Strong leadership abilities.

- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
