Manager - International Marketing - Chemicals (15-20 yrs)
Principal Responsibility :
1. Lead a team of professionals for scaling business to new highs with P & L Responsibility,budgeting & market mapping International Business Development in to new markets, addition of new products, and new strategic suppliers globally offering a value-added service to clients. Enhance business with current suppliers.
2. Strategic - Chemicals RAW MATERIALS.
a) Expand the project business by maintaining a network.
b) CRM- Development & Deployment.
c) CFR Business - Cost & Freight Business.
d) Aggressive Business Development :
- Achieve Agreed Upon Targets.
- Create Product/Customer Matrix.
3. Tactical - Chemicals :
a. Achieve Chemicals Distribution Budget - Tonnage, Revenue & PAT.
b. Achieve Indent Sales Budget.
4. Manage Costs :
a. Audit Clearing, Bond, Transport & Warehousing Costs.
b. Direct Responsibility to clear Consumer Durables Consignments.
c. Establish Credit Limits & Monitor the Same.
d. Debtors & Stock Reconciliations.
5. Manage Credit Risks : Operate within Credit Limits & Manage Default Risks.
6. Networking within the Business community & Keeping ears to the ground on Opportunities & business trends.
