Role & responsibilities
- This role entails identifying new opportunities, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and developing relationships, maintaining ongoing account management, and achieving set sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Adopt a target-driven approach, making 100 daily calls to potential partners.
- Act as a Key Account Manager for existing employers
- Share regular interview result updates.
- Provide Job - Oriented Counselling to Student.
- Proactively scout Internship and Placement opportunities and a research-oriented approach.
- Daily responsibilities include liaising with new and existing employers for I&P opportunities.
- Owning the funding of the students leads to successful disbursements of student loans with relevant lenders in the required time as per the company's policies and students' interests
- Target, measure, and achieve weekly/monthly goals in terms of loan applications and loan disbursements that were set in coordination with your reporting manager
- Coordinating with lenders using the company's process and policy to move students forward in the introduction to the disbursement process
- Record and document diligently every student engagement - call/email/profile updates and help build a robust tracking and customer management system
- Networking with students/customers, understanding their problems, educating them about the funding strategies, and constantly nudging them towards sign-up and getting referrals.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to help improve lead generation and brand
- Right education at the right cost
- Align and maintain consistency of the brand as per the guidelines of the company in all efforts and communications
- Coordinate with the product team to share student and lender feedback to improve the product/platform to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 2+ years of Business Development experience.
- Preferred backgrounds in Inside Sales and B2B
- Adept in accurate data management.
