Manager - Insurance Sales (2-9 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Managers in for India's Leading Life Insurance Company.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new agency channels to expand the company's presence in the market.
- Identify and recruit talented financial advisors to join your agency network of yours
- Conduct interviews, evaluate potential candidates, and ensure a thorough onboarding process for new agents.
- Provide training programs to new financial advisors, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Set ambitious sales targets for the agency network and monitor the performance of agents on a regular basis.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on the agency's performance, sales achievements, and market insights.
Desired Candidates:
- Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 2 to8 Years in Sales and Marketing
- Age should be between 24 to 40 Years
- Ability to coach and mentor team
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Attractive Personality and Positive Attire
