Manager - Insurance Sales (2-5 yrs)
Our company is looking for a customer-oriented candidate to join us as a Sales Manager on an urgent basis.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding the customers' needs and requirements.
- Preparing and presenting monthly sales reports.
- Describing the product benefits to the customers.
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
