Manager - Insurance Sales (2-4 yrs)
We need an ideal sales manager who has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
Positions and accountability-
- Meet with customers to learn about their changing needs and to evaluate the quality of our relationship with them
- Train, inspire, and provide guidance to a team of sales managers
- Create leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients;
- Meet with potential customers to develop long-lasting relationships by learning about their needs
- Achieving set sales targets
- Working with marketing to generate leads.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Min.2 Years of sales and marketing/ BFSI
