Manager - Insurance Sales (2-13 yrs)
The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors support / train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market subsequently service the customers.
Roles And Responsibility
- Generate leads from open market
- Managing team of Advisors and Business partners.
- Recruitment of potential financial advisor and Leaders.
- Build and maintain relationship with customer.
- Supporting them to achieve their goals.
- Innovating new ideas new strategies for consistent business flow.
- Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
- Products planning and implementation based on client needs.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Required candidate :
- Age: below 38
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in the Sales
- Effective Communication
- Good Presentation skill
