Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be an excellent performer and contribute towards customers- satisfaction and company's success.

Key Responsibilities include :

- Should have excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Should have a positive, go-getter attitude and ability to work under pressure

- Need to follow up with old and new leads and convert them as enrolments (paid admissions) for courses and programs offered

- Provide career consulting services to prospects

- Take ownership of the complete product

- Build good rapport with existing customers to generate more referral leads

- Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead conversion

- Handle walk-in/telephonic/mail/website enquiries

- Attend industry related events to generate new leads

- Maintain strong network with industry partners on current and potential job opportunities for product leaders

- Provide career counselling to course participants and engage active career management for alumni of the school

Work regularly on CRM tools
