Responsibilities:
- Deliver product training to New Hires in the Voice Line of Business
- Identify Learning needs of agents
- Design training curriculum using inputs from Training & Quality
- Observe and evaluate trainee performance during training & Bridge/Nesting
- Track and maintain trainee attendance and trainee certification records for audit purposes
- Initiate and participate in the projects for the team and the department
- Conduct refreshers and huddles for NHTs and tenured population
- Conduct audits and feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores for training throughput or conversion
- Required to give a fixed number of production hours each month
- Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities
- Implementing & Adhering to Quality BPMS process compliance
- Support the floor for staff in OJT (0 to 90days tenure)
- Support TNTQ by Quality / Compliance Audits
- Training and handling OJT batch
- Would be handling 10 to 15 members
- Making sure that BDM's are clearing OJT
- Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience working in the Edutech industry in a similar role.
Salary - 12 LPA
