Manager - Inside Sales - IT (8-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain offering value
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- Mapping and mining clients organization
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to projects and account notes
- Maintaining updated knowledge of services and solutions
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
- Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- Deliver on agreed upon objectives like revenues, solutions, pilots etc.
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Maintaining relationships with existing client accounts
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
Essential :
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Proven domain knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Experience with business development
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
