Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage the inside sales representatives team.
- Set and track sales targets for your team.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
Salary 15LPA - 10.5L Fixed & 4.5L Variable (70:30 Structure CTC.
Quarterly Incentives Payouts.)

Experience 2-5 years
- International B2B Experience is a plus but not with Edtech Background.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Handling Clients from NA/APAC Region.
