Manager - Inside Sales - Internet/Online (2-4 yrs)
In-bound and Out-bound sales tele-calling process to leads, pitching them about the product, explaining the features and closing the sale by getting them to pay for the subscription.
1. Develop a deep understanding of the product and the pitch. Should build great belief in the product.
2. Make calls to leads, pitch to them about the product, explain about the features and get them to pay for the subscription.
3. Do constant follow ups with leads over calls, messages and e-mails and close the sale.
4. Ensure smooth on-boarding of new sign ups and help them with their queries.
5. Quick learner and Street Smart to understand the business requirement
Qualifications:
1. Graduate (Any Stream)
2. Fluency in English & Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus
3. Killer Attitude to make a Sale
4. Should've sold a high value product/service prior to this
Experience: Min 2 years experience in an Inside Sales/Tele-calling role
