Manager - Inside Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Post: Inside Sales Manager
Seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross-selling of product mix.
- To handle the walk-in Customers at the Branch.
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.
Required Candidate profile:
- Must have 2 years of experience in Banking / Finance / Insurance Sector.
- Must have 1 year of experience in Life Insurance.
- Good Communication skills.
