Manager - Inside Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- Proactively identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer, understanding their insurance needs and providing timely assistance.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our insurance offerings and address any inquiries.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the corporate client portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations that highlight the benefits of our insurance products.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
