Our client is a smart data driven fleet and logistics management solutions company. It is a platform which uses AI, machine learning, sensors and predictive analytics to help fleet owners improve their efficiency, safety and make smart and better decisions in a cost effective & flexible way. The founding and operations team are graduates from top tech colleges with experience of 10+ years each in large companies like Google, Oracle, Accenture, Ixigo etc. Backed by well known early stage VC and renowned angel investors, their client list includes global logistics companies and MNCs.

As Manager Inside Sales, you will be responsible for identifying appropriate leads within a given territory for outbound sales

What you will do :

- Qualifying and prospecting outbound leads to generate opportunities.

- Identifying the right stakeholders in a mid to large-sized organization as potential customers of the company's products

- Be responsible for sales from a given territory.

- Be responsible to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve team targets.

- Building and Leading the team of 2-3 sales executive.

- Building & Leading the sales process for the company.

- Having depth knowledge of the company's products and gathering requirements and explaining the possible solution to the clients.

- Working with product and tech team to ensure the delivery of the right product.

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have :

- Ideally, should have at least 3-4 years of work experience.

- Prior sales experience in SaaS/ software/ solution sales, commercial vehicle, insurance, tyre, etc. will be preferred.

- MBA from tier-1 or tier-2 schools will be preferred.

- Should have both excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build rapport.

- Should be detail-oriented with a high level of perseverance and a never say die attitude.

- Should be able to thrive in a performance-driven environment

- Should have a willingness to learn and have a collaborative approach.

- Should be able to adapt to a long sales cycle and should be able to establish

- Credibility with decision makers of mid to large sized companies.

- Should be willing to travel to assigned territory for short business trips.

- Should have an aptitude for learning tech products.

- Should have a customer-service orientation.

Experience: 3 to 4 years
