Manager - Inside Sales - EduTech (1-7 yrs)
We are looking for an inside sales manager for our client company which is a leader in the edtech industry.
1. Build solid prospective leads that exceed the sales goals of the organization.
2. Identification of prospective customer's needs and goals, and suggesting an effective course of action regarding the same.
3. Following up with the prospects for collecting feedback and more sales conversions.
4. Ensuring the sales pipeline is full of qualified leads and prospects.
5. Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process.
6. Research and discover various methods to increase consumer engagement.
7. Coordinate with other departments like marketing and product development to ensure smooth implementation.
1. Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English.
2. Problem solver with experience in inside (tele) sales and consultative selling.
3. Strong ability to take initiative and responsibility for their work.
4. In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
