Roles and responsibilities :
- Establish and track sales targets.
- Give the inside sales team weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and opportunities for continued professional growth of the inside sales staff.
- Maintain tabs on sales and produce reports that address predictions, objectives, and outcomes.
- Improve sales procedures by making suggestions.
- Recognize the wants and demands of the customer in order to satisfy them.
- Maintain and expand the database's reach inside the designated territory for the purpose of boosting sales.
- Make good web presentations and prospectuses to pique the attention of potential customers in the company's products.
- Participate actively in every sales meeting to pick up new sales tactics.
- Create sales possibilities by investigating, evaluating, and locating databases of possible prospectus to increase sales for the company.
