Manager - Inside Sales - BFS (1-4 yrs)
- As a Manager in the Direct Channel, your primary role is to guide clients in achieving their financial goals through personalized financial planning and strategy development. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure their financial well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Train and mentor team members for peak performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and improve processes for efficiency.
- Build strong customer relationships and assist in closing deals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Minimum 1 to 4 years experience Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
