Manager - Inside Sales - Bank (2-5 yrs)
Duty and Accountability:
- In order to meet corporate objectives in the banking industry, develop and implement efficient sales tactics.
- Oversee, coach, and encourage a productive sales staff.
- Acquire and investigate new business prospects while preserving solid ties with current customers.
- Verify compliance with corporate policies and standards of conduct.
- Input into strategic decision-making and deliver performance reports on a regular basis.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
