Manager - Inside Sales and Enterprise Sales - SaaS Vertical - FinTech Sector (3-8 yrs)
- We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and drive our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly in the FinTech domain. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our sales initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.
1) Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
2) Pipeline Management :
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.
- Implement effective lead qualification and scoring processes to optimize the conversion of prospects into customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
3) Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
4.) Performance Metrics :
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the Inside Sales team.
- Regularly report on sales metrics, forecasts, and trends to senior management.
