Manager - Inside Sales (5-10 yrs)
What will you do ?
1. Lead 50 member Inside Sales, 2 Assistant managers, L&D, QA and sales operations team
2. Deliver GMV of Rs. 10 cr. per month
3. Improve conversion rate from 4% to 8%
4. Work with CRM product team to improve agent productivity
5. Analyse the Leads to Sales data to generate insights and do business planning accordingly
6. Present Daily, Weekly, Monthly numbers on customer behavior, funnel and overall business and agent productivity health
7. Work with Operations and Finance teams stakeholders to improve customer experience
