Manager - Inside Sales (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- In charge of answering calls on a daily basis and corresponding with sales and customers.

- All sales through phone calls

- Only warm, curious leads should be called

- Must be motivated to work towards revenue targets and be interested in sales and outbound calling.

- Maintain a regular follow-up with both new and current clients.

- To increase sales, follow up on leads and enquiries consistently.

- Meet monthly goals and follow standard operating procedures.

- Have outstanding interpersonal abilities.

- Follow up with potential customers closely and complete deals within the sales cycle.

- The capacity to perform well under the fair strain of sales.

- Monitoring individual performance on a regular basis and improving team performance at the same time.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
