Inside Sales Manager
- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels
- Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our courses
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduates/MBA preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Hands on experience in LinkedIn, Facebook, Word, PPT, and Excel
- Should able to do 40-60 calls daily to build good prospects
- Experience in working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Looking for male candidates, who are ready to join in 7-15 days.
