Manager - Influencer Marketing - eCommerce (2-5 yrs)

We are a team of serial entrepreneurs who have built multiple million-dollar startups. We are a funded stealth mode startup, building a new-age commerce platform focussing on the jewellery category. The curated marketplace will be video & photo first which enables customers to discover great jewellery brands and products.

We are backed by global institutional investors & top-tier Indian angels. We come with a rich diverse experience of business and technology roles in both Indian startups & global conglomerates and come from top-notch educational institutes. (Co-founder PepperTap, Co-founder Nuvo Ex, ex IIT Delhi, ex Goldman Sachs, ex Deutsche Bank)

Currently, we are a team of 15 people based out of Bangalore and are looking forward to onboarding highly enthusiastic folks who can be part of our journey.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate and coordinate with influencers to create content for app and marketing campaigns

- Ideate and execute co-sponsored and inhouse campaigns for social media and performance marketing campaigns

- Own the entire content planning and strategy (Video, Image and blog) and ensure end to end execution of the same

- Manage social media platforms like Instagram, Youtube and Facebook and regularly post stories, posts and reels

- Keeping up to date with platform developments, trends, and training, analyze trends and identifying topics

- Ensure uniform omnichannel brand communication - across the app, social and media

- Leading the SEO strategy for Blog content. Work with external agencies for search Engine Optimization (SEO) and writing/editing long-form content to increase organic traffic.

Who you are :

- 2-5 years of experience in content creation and management (Videos & Blogs) for e-commerce (marketplace experience is preferred)

- Jewellery or Fashion Category experience would be preferred

- Experience in handling multiple channels/platforms simultaneously

- Know-how of all social media platforms and video content trends

- Demonstrable knowledge of and interest in successful YouTube; Facebook brands, channels and creators
