The Employer : 

Our client is a leading firm in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry, with offices in 16 countries. With over a decade of experience, they have built a strong and extensive network of partners that enables them to cater to business needs of international trade.

The Job : 

You will be responsible for :

- Generating leads who import cargo (fast fashion, automotive, general cargo etc.) to India via all modes of transportation, from various origins across the globe

- Overseeing the operations along with commercials which includes customs brokerage processes, internal processes and procedures to ensure maximum delivery service for the client

- Acting as a link between the corporate office and clients to ensure smooth end-to-end processes for customers

- Onboarding new clients, harbouring and growing existing business flow of the import department to achieve financial and organisational goals.

The Profile : 

- You have at least 5 years experience within a B2B sales/ account management role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics industry.

- Experience covering Healthcare, High Net Worth Individuals, Infrastructure and Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) is strong plus.


- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India and China.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
