Store Manager Sales for Leading Jewellery Store

Store Head - Male candidate (Budget - 60k - 90k pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

3. Responsibilities :

a) Maximizing profitability of the store by meeting sales targets.

b) Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the budget and activities associated with sales and marketing.

c) Maintaining statistical and financial records.

d) Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI are met.

e) Must lead by example and have excellent delegation skills.

f) Overseeing pricing, stock and customer experience.

g) Coordinate with the Sales & Operations Manager as a primary point of contact for any HO related work.

h) Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale among the employees.

i) Send daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual report of sales performance to Sales & Operations Manager.

4. Qualification / Experience :

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent.

- Master's degree in sales, marketing or business administration will be added advantage.

- Must have advanced computer knowledge and skills.

- Minimum 10 years of related experience with retail industry. (Experience with Jewelry or any luxurious brand would be added advantage.)

5. Any other special requirement :

- Must have a strong business acumen considering himself as the owner of the showroom and must plan his activities accordingly.

- Must be a vivid decision maker and ability to back decisions with strong actions.
