Manager/Head - Customer Relationship (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate our strategy & value propositions to current and prospective alliance partners
- Manage relations with customers to ensure smooth financial and product documentation
- Complete the required documentation to assist credit team of program partners
- Assist developer partner sales with our program and provide active support to clients
Key Skillsets / Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years
- Good Presentation & Documentation Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT)
- Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn Team Handling
