Manager - Growth Marketing (3-8 yrs)
Devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to improve user funnel and lead to revenue growth
- Drive organic traffic to the website, Play store and App store through relevant SEO and ASO initiatives
- Optimize on-page content, along with the Tech team, on web and app properties
- Improve domain authority by building relevant backlinks
- Run targeted campaigns and optimize for activation, retention, reactivation and revenue growth throughout the user journey
- Coordinate and work closely with the Content Marketing Team to organically increase awareness and optimize for conversion
- Use customisation and personalisation effectively throughout the user journey
- Use automation and analytical tools to track and analyze user cohorts
- Define metrics and create a dashboard with regular reporting on KPIs
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Work closely with the UX/UI teams to drive better funnel metrics
- Work closely with the Content Marketing Team to improve marketing collaterals based on data-driven insights
- Run experiments, conversion tests, and predictive analysis across marketing platforms to identify trends and best practices
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in digital marketing
- Regularly evaluate tools to improve the overall quality and relevance of marketing communications (email builder, marketing automation, message distribution, tracking and analysis)
- Manage and stay within a monthly budget for all digital marketing spends
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of proven experience in revenue growth marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that have led to business growth
- Thorough understanding and use of analytical tools (e.g., Search Console, Google Analytics, CleverTap)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
