Our client is a Ecommerce startup company having presence in 10 cities and employee strength close to 500
Responsibilities:
- Making growth strategy for customer acquisition and conceptualized and executed processes for on field execution, product flow design, and user communication
- Optimizing the user journey across the funnel, minimizing leakages in user path to improve conversion and retention
- Own user feedback flow, track ratings, conduct surveys to understand user sentiment and make actionable recommendations
Desired Candidate Profile:
Mandatory - 2+ years of strong experience
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Ecommerce preferred
Preference: Someone from North east or who know local language and area
Mandatory: Willing to work on Saturday (All Saturdays are working)
