Manager - Growth & Business Development/Marketing (2-4 yrs)

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. They will lead and manage a team, oversee customer acquisition and retention efforts, develop brand identity and communication materials, and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing and Sales Strategy :

- Formulate comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Identify target markets and segments, conduct market research, and adjust strategies based on competitor analysis and customer needs.

- Lead and Manage the Marketing and Sales Team:

- Build and manage a high-performing marketing and sales team.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

- Set clear performance goals and objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.

Customer Acquisition and Retention :

- Implement effective lead generation strategies, advertising campaigns, and conversion optimization techniques to drive customer acquisition.

- Develop customer retention programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.

- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable insights.

Branding and Communication :

- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning in the market.

- Create compelling marketing collateral, sales presentations, and promotional materials.

- Oversee the management of the company's online presence, including websites, social media channels, and other digital platforms.

Partnership Development:

- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's reach.

- Negotiate and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, such as educational institutions, corporate clients, and industry influencers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and market trends.

- Proficient in market research and competitive analysis.

- Familiarity with digital marketing and online platforms.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
