Manager - Graphic Design - FMCG (12-20 yrs)
- Our client is an FMCG and is a market leader in their segment with a product range of 200+SKU.
- The position involves the following :
1. Oversee the art department by assigning, scheduling, and mentoring the team.
2. Establish art department standards for production, productivity, quality.
3. Setting up require process for ensuring continuous improvement and bring in efficiency.
4. Collaborate with marketing, sales divisions, external creative & digital marketing agencies in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
5. Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team to implement.
We are looking for YOU if you have a BFA in graphic design or similar discipline along with:
1. 8+ years as a professional graphic designer with 4+ years of experience in management role.
2. Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite & Corel Draw.
3. Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping.
4. Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent.
5. Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
6. Prior experience as an art director.
7. Web development experience.
8. Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production.
