Role Clarity : It is an individual contributor role to start with and few months down the line, depending on the candidate's performance, company will build a team of few people under this position.
Who Can Apply :
(1) Someone who is based in Mumbai and who has good hands on experience for 7 - 15 years in doing business development / sales activities in government sales / tendering for diagnostic / pharma industry only.
(2) Someone who has good knowledge of Public Health services of Maharashtra State.
Job Profile Summary :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving Business Results in the Government Segment for Maharashtra State and his / her job duty would be to ensure 100% compliance in all the Government Business is achieved by following policies that are in line with company policies.
Key Skills Required :
- The candidate should have strong understanding of Tender Business / Govt. Business
- The candidate should have an exceptional interpersonal skills
- The candidate should have a sharp Strategic Mind-set with an ability to see 360 degree perspective
- The candidate should have an excellent communication and presentation skills with Executive Presence
Education and/or Experience Criteria:
- Master's Degree in or a Bachelor in Life Sciences is a must.
- MBA / equivalent in Marketing not essential but if available then will be preferred.
- 7 to 15 years of experience in Government Sales / Tendering in Diagnostics / Pharma Industry.
