Manager - Global Business Development - Fintech (6-20 yrs)
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, or higher
- 7+ years of proven success in business development in a high-touch, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of banking, lending, financial services or personal finance with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfort interacting with customers and industry partners via phone, email, and chat
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to move between strategic thinking and details
- Prior experience managing high-performing sales teams
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in a Foreign language is a plus
- A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must!
- In addition, you should be comfortable working in a start-up environment, meaning a small agile team,fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
