Fundraising Manager

Qualification : Postgraduate

Experience : Minimum 8 years work experience in Marketing & Fund raising field

Salary :

Responsibilities :

- Increase the individual donor base and the donation value in urban and rural Karnataka.

- Engage with donors though face-to-face and digital methods to improve donor retention and engagement.

- Explore opportunities for lead generation.

- Implement payroll-based donations with organizations.

- Implement ECS for donations.

- Develop yearly strategy for fundraising and events including marathons, Daan Utsav, etc.

- Develop plans and a calendar for the year for lead generation and brand awareness.

- Brainstorm on merchandise ideas and selling strategies.

- Measure and analyze the impact of activities with respect to lead generation and donations.

- Report on the performance of fundraising plans for individual donors.

- Participate in budgeting, resource and planning discussions with senior leadership.

- Coordinate with other marketing and fundraising team members on activities.

- Meet quarterly and yearly targets set for the team.

Required Skills :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good at researching and devising strategies and taking advantage of donation possibilities

- Expert at people management, building long-term relationships with potential donors or volunteers and persuasively explaining APD's cause

- Ability to manage budgets and hit fundraising targets

- Team player

- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus

- Knowledge of the social sector
