Manager - Front Line Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- We are in search of a proficient and experienced Front Line Sales Manager to help us grow our business. You will also act as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of people.
- Motivate and unite the members of your team. With the aid of your team, accomplish your objective
- To create a solid advisor base, find and hire the best advisors.
- The Sales Manager's team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their personal and professional networks. Implement the Need-Based Selling Model and abide by it in order to cross-sell insurance.
- Put an emphasis on managing the sales team, geographic coverage, and the spread.
- Fieldwork to reach as many customers as possible
- Assemble, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales representatives.
