Manager - Front Line Sales - Life Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Ensure that the monthly goals for cumulative revenue and new business are fulfilled.
- For the purpose of placing Life New Business, establish long-term connections with TVS Group Employees by using need- and cross-based selling.
- To do this, train, hand hold, and complete joint calls with the current TVS IBL Team and customers at all designated locations.
- Budget-conscious business approach
- Throughout the life insurance sales process, come up with creative fixes for issues.
- Train, hand hold, and finish joint calls with the existing TVS IBL Team and customers at all designated locations in order to place Life New Business.
- Cost-conscious business strategy
- During the life insurance sales process, find original solutions to problems.
