Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sales of Life insurance via the instrument model.
- Recruit & train the brokers and breed business through them in the delegated territory.
- Ensuring deliberate spread of interchange across miscellaneous consequence lines of the company
- Guaranteeing agents are motivated and assemble a long-term association between the mechanisms and the company.
