Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Front Line Sales Manager - Insurance
Responsibility :
- Manage the inbound and outbound lead process
- Responsible for assessing client needs, designing solutions, and negotiating with insurance companies to obtain coverage that is in a client's best interests.
- Coverages include : Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Crime, Fiduciary Liability, CGL, Cyber and Kidnap/Ransom
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
- Be the first point of contact for clients and to introduce to potential clients
- Set meetings for the Account Executives with qualified prospects
- Working hand-in-hand with AVP Sales to target prospects
- Sending emails and cold calling into prospective accounts
- Identifying creative sales channels
Candidate Requirements :
- High-level communication and presentations skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Time management and planning skills
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a tea
- Bachelor degree in any stream
