- Recruit Agents and Advisors.
- Have to Sell life insurance through your team.
- Train And Motivate Agents and Advisors to Reach Goals.
- Generate Business Through Agents and Advisors.
- Develop New Sales Market Strategy.
- Maintain Healthy Relationships with Agents and Customer.
- Develops and maintains high morale among agency distributors.
- Managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievements.
Candidates Requirements :
Education : Graduate
Experience : Sales & Marketing experience in 2 years.
Age : Between 22 to 37 years
- One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go getter attitude
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
