Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and smart Front Line Sales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through a range of techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Give management and the sales force input on the state of the market.
- Conduct market research to find out what your customers want and need.

- Attend presentations, meetings, and relationship-building events at the locations of your clients.
Candidate Profile :
Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years
Qualification:- Graduate/MBA
Experience:- +2 years in any field of sales
Skills:-
- Driven by outcomes and has a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A readiness to travel inside the designated area.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to function in a target-driven atmosphere.
