Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Inspire a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members for success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct training programs and provide ongoing coaching for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with agents and clients. the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Ensure the team and own targets are met- new members Onboarding, Target achievement, Business Premium.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3-year valid diploma is also acceptable).
- At least 2+ years of field sales experience.
- Industries can be tapped (Telecom, Life insurance, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
- Must be locality
- Must have two-wheeler
