- Perform market and related product research
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents
- Establish productive working partnerships
- Ability to negotiate and a knowledge of sales methods
- Ability to collect and evaluate and generate data and sales reports
- Setting up meetings with prospective clients
- Working towards achieving sales target
Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduation/Any post Graduation
- Experience 2 to 4 years in Field Sales and Marketing
- Age 22 to 38
- Good sales and negotiation skills
