Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Handling Primary and secondary sales
- Handling the channel sales and distribution network
- Leading a team to achieve sales
- Distributed Team Management
- To achieve the targeted numbers market wise & dealers wise.
- New Business Development
- Handling Dealers and Retailers
- Strong knowledge of the market
- In addition, you should have a strong problem-solving ability as well as excellent communication skills.
- You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment as well. To be successful in this role, you must be able to meet the sales target.
- Maintain current momentum to grow volumes and profits of established Adhesives Products.
- Handle the Territory sales support and dealer network
- Visiting Retailers regularly and generating Business
