Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales professional with mini. of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing for India's Leading Insurance Company.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Building a Team of highly motivated financial advisors & consultants
- Identify and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
- Drive a business together with your team and customers
- Convert Potential and reputed customers into financial advisors
- Advise customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Desired Candidates Profiles :
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream
Experience: Mini. 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing from BFSI/Pharma/NBFC/Consumer Durables/FMCG and IT Field
Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Age : 22 to 45
Good negotiation and sales skills
A result-driven and organized individual
