- Set sales goals, benchmark performance against them, and modify them as needed.
- Evaluate current team processes and procedures, identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Create a team culture that is both competitive and collaborative.
- Providing accurate and detailed sales forecasts
- Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to team members.

- Age range: 24-38 years
- Qualification/Problem Solving Skills Required
