Manager - Front Line Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We are having urgent requirement for the Designation of a Front Line Sales Manager -Agency Business Partner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
- Work as a team leader. Motivate and connect your team members. Achieve your goal with the help of your team.
- Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor bas
- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of the Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model to do cross-selling for insurance.
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representative
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 2+ year experiences in sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
- Local candidate
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- CTC: 2.50 To 4.50 LPA
